What’s class like?

Our art classes are essential for kids who love art! We offer weekly art classes from August to May for kindergarteners all the way up to 12th graders! Our art classes are once per week and each class students will focus on a different art lesson. Lessons and mediums vary each month and are designed to accommodate a variety of skill levels. Classes are kept small so we can assure each student gets one on one time with our art teacher. We only allow 16 children maximum per class. Classes are divided up by age group so students can work on projects that are age-appropriate for them and engage with their peers.

We also offer weekly summer camps from June to July for rising 1st through rising 12th graders!

What should we expect?

Each week our students will start and finish a project to take home (except in December and May because those months we do a multi-part sculpture project). We use so many different materials during classes and we try our best to mix things up each week with a different emphasis so your child is always staying engaged and learning something new! Some of the mediums we use are but not limited to: clay, papier mâché, watercolor, acrylics, tempera, collâge, oil pastels, soft pastels, charcoal, and printmaking just to name a few!

What’s included?

Tuition includes one month of art classes and all supplies. Students should wear clothes that are art appropriate (messes happen!), and students may bring a water bottle or drink with a closable cap labeled with their name if they’d like. That’s it! We provide everything else! We do provide aprons but they are shared among students and understand if you would like to bring your own.

How do I pay for classes?

Full cost of tuition is due upon registration. Tuition is non-refundable. There will be no refunds given for missed classes. We accept payments via the cart checkout or if you prefer we do accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Check. Due to small class sizes, we ask that tuition is paid by the 15th of each month prior to reserve your child’s spot. (Example: September’s tuition is due by August 15th etc.) At registration, you can pay for one month and will receive a recurring invoice via the email you use to register and can continue with your payment for the next month. We need a fresh registration form for each school year but there’s no need to re-register for each month! Should you choose to discontinue classes please know, you must notify us by the 15th before the month you wish to stop to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee.
