Studio Policy

These are some guidelines that we must adhere to in order to be a successful studio and provide the best service we can to you and your family. We reserve the right to not admit and/or refuse service to anyone who does not comply with this policy.

Punctuality & Drop-off/Pick-up

1

You must be on time for your class or camp. Your child may not be more than 5 minutes late. If you are more than 5 minutes late your child simply cannot catch up without disrupting the class. I recommend dropping off early. You may drop off your child up to, but no more than, 15 minutes early for their class or camp.

Parents must be on-time for pick up and may enter the studio when the door opens at the end of class. To limit the number of people in our studio, we will continue to not allow anyone to wait in our lobby when classes are in-session. Parents of elementary aged students must come inside to sign their child in and out. We will not admit or release any student who has not been signed in or out by a parent or otherwise authorized person. We do allow middle and high school students to sign themselves in and out with your permission.

Make up classes

2

We do not offer make up lessons for missed classes. If you miss class you may attend another grade appropriate lesson within the same week if there is space available. There are no make up classes for missed camps.

Student behavior & Illnesses

3

Students must be able to work independently and follow directions for the duration of the class or camp. While what we teach is fun it is still a classroom environment and students must behave accordingly. All students are expected to be respectful of themselves, others, and the studio. If your child cannot comply with these expectations, they will not be able to attend.

If your child is sick, they may not attend. If your child comes to class or camp with any symptoms of illness they will immediately be sent home.

Tuition

4

All payments are due before the service provided. Tuition for class and camps are non-refundable.

Tuition for art classes is due the week of the 15th before your month of classes begins. Example: September's tuition is due August 15th. This helps us to reserve your child’s seat for the upcoming month and to get an accurate class count. Since classes are small, 16 students max, they fill quickly and often have waiting lists. If you need to cancel classes, that’s ok, just please notify us two weeks before the start of a new month (when tuition is normally due on the 15th) to avoid a late cancellation fee of $25.

We reserve the right to give away any available seats that have not been reserved.

The cost of tuition is non-negotiable. Like a monthly subscription it is up to you to use the classes you’ve paid for. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes during the school year or for camps.

We accept payments via the cart checkout or if you prefer we do accept Venmo, Cash, or Check. You can purchase a subscription, or pay for one month and you will receive a recurring invoice via the email you use to register and can continue with your payment for the next month. No need to re-register each month!

If paying with Venmo please include your child's first and last name so we know who the payment is for.
